The Kokomo Kings are a Swedish band known for their uncompromising mix of roots music and raw blues. With an energy level of “11”, they have played clubs and festivals in many parts of Europe. Their debut album “Artificial Natural” (2013) quickly gained attention, while the follow-up “Too Good to Stay Away From” (2017) was internationally recognized. In 2018, they were nominated for the Ameripolitan Awards in Memphis and won “Band of the Year” at The Blues Lounge Radio Show. “A Drive-By Love Affair” (2021) continued their success, and in 2022 they were named both “Entertainers of the Year” and “Artist of the Year”. The band is now working on a new album to be released in 2025.

Dr. Bekken (NO)
Tor Einar Bekken, better known as Dr. Bekken, is a Norwegian pianist, composer and entertainer, and a solid veteran of the blues scene. He majored in music with a thesis on the New Orleans piano tradition, and builds his own expression on elements of jazz, blues and boogie-woogie. At the same time, he is a lyrical interpreter of ballads and is not afraid to draw inspiration from folk music. This diverse foundation makes him a unique musician with broad appeal. Dr. Bekken has performed at major festivals in Norway and elsewhere in Europe, both as a soloist and as support for other artists.
