\nThe in house restaurant has a very high level of service, and can measure up to one of Norway’s best. Many of the country’s top chefs have worked here.
\nHuset Caf\u00e9 is a historic spot. People have eaten and drunk here since the 1950s. Many of Longyearbyen’s inhabitants eat \u00a0here often. Therefore, the menu includes classic dishes that have “eternal life”, mixed with new dishes.
\nIt’s the same kitchen and the same chefs who make gourmet food in the restaurant. That means high quality but speedy service. Prices are reasonable, and reminds you that you are far from the rest of Norway.
\nThe Huset wine cellar is famous and is known for its extensive collection and quality.
\nHuset has one of Northern Europe’s largest and finest wine cellars. The wine cellar is built up over twenty years of Huset’s former leader, Hroar \u200b\u200bHolm. With about 20,000 bottles in the cellar we can guarantee that all wine connoisseurs will find a gem.
