For those who have purchased an accommodation package from Svalbard Adventures or Hurtigruten, you will receive your own code from them for access to ticket sales. This also applies to members of Longyearbyen Bluesklubb who receive their own code via Gnist. <\/p>\n\n

The price difference between the program and Hoopla is the ticket fee to Hoopla.<\/p>\n\n

\n\n

Tickets are non-refundable.<\/strong>The right of withdrawal does not apply to the purchase of tickets, nor to incorrect purchases. The tickets you buy are part of an overall festival. Any program changes\/artist cancellations do not provide a basis for refund or compensation. DSB reserves the right to make changes to the program. Purchased tickets can only be refunded if the event is canceled in its entirety, but not canceled as a result of Force Majeure or cancellations from one or more of the artists. <\/p>\n\n

Resale of tickets.<\/strong>In the event of resale of ordinary tickets, the original ticket buyer is responsible for passing on information sent out by the organizer.<\/p>\n\n

Discounted\/Special deal\/Early bird\/Sponsor tickets are personal and cannot be resold!<\/p>\n\n

Why don’t we sell evening passes for Dark Season Blues anymore?<\/p>\n\n

We\u2019ve received some questions about why we aren\u2019t offering evening passes during this year\u2019s festival, and we\u2019d like to explain:<\/p>\n\n

In the past, we\u2019ve offered evening passes that were valid for the evening concerts\u2014including those taking place simultaneously on different stages. These passes were reasonably priced and offered great flexibility, but they also posed significant challenges for us as organizers. <\/p>\n\n

These are the main reasons why we have decided to stop offering evening sessions:<\/p>\n\n
