The classic menu inspired by the French kitchen makes use of the best in seasonal produce.<br \/>\nCulinary delights such as foie gras, veal, grouse, venison and deliciously playful desserts can be enjoyed with the fantastic panoramic views over Longyearbyen. In addition, our wine list boasts many exciting vintages and one of Norway\u2019s best selections of Champagne.<br \/>\nEvery autumn and spring we invite guests to Champagne-tasting and Winemaker\u2019s Dinners where the wine producers themselves are present to discuss their vintages.<br \/>\nOur chambre separe\u00e9 is suited for smaller, private functions of up to 40 people.<br \/>\nThe restaurant opened in connection with the extension of Spitsbergen Hotel in 2000, and seats approximately 100 guests.
