De band boekte onlangs groot succes tijdens hun optreden op het Tampa Bay Blues Festival in Florida in de zomer van 2019. Naast hun eigen, door critici geprezen platen hebben de jongens uit Notodden ook meegewerkt aan drie albums die in de schijnwerpers stonden tijdens de Blues Music Awards in de VS.    <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het is nu twintig jaar geleden dat de band debuteerde met \u201eThree Car Garage\u201c. Sindsdien hebben ze meerdere albums uitgebracht en een groot en enthousiast publiek opgebouwd dankzij hun energieke optredens. Met een sterke catalogus van eigen nummers staan Morten Omlid (gitaar), Jostein Forsberg (zang\/mondharmonica), Eskil Aasland (drums) en Tony Caddle (bas) garant voor een topstemming in elke setting. Spoonful of Blues is momenteel in de studio om een nieuw album op te nemen, met geplande single-releases in de herfst en een albumlancering na de jaarwisseling, en heeft nieuwe nummers en een top show in petto voor Dark Season Blues.
