From the blues town of Notodden comes a powerhouse band that plays blues, blues rock, and soul. With their energetic take on both timeless classics and original songs, they’ve quickly become crowd favorites at clubs and festivals across the country. The band was formed during the COVID-19 pandemic, when some of Notodden’s most experienced musicians brought vocalist, lyricist, and songwriter Inger Lise Amundsen on board. Their setlist features both original songs and music by artists such as John Mayer, Delbert McClinton, Etta James, and Little Feat.
Since the fall of 2023, the band has released ten digital tracks, which together have garnered well over 700,000 streams worldwide. New recordings are already in the works, with several releases planned for 2026. The musicians have extensive experience from a number of local and national bands, such as Telemark Blueslag, Notodden Bluesband, Backbone with Rita Engedalen, and Margit Bakken’s Blues Orchestra.
