About festival passes:
Festival passes purchased online can be exchanged for festival wristbands starting Wednesday, October 22, at the MIX Isbjørnbutikken in Lompensentret. The wristband is personal, and you cannot pick up a wristband for anyone other than yourself. The wristband is attached to your arm upon pickup.
The festival pass is valid for the evening concerts* provided the venues are not at capacity. It guarantees admission to one of the venues on Thursday and Friday evenings (Barentz Pub, Svalbar Pub, Kroa), and guaranteed admission to Huset on Saturday.
*Festival passes are not valid for the following events:
– Funken, three-course blues dinner
– Gruve 3
– Polarriggen
– Karlsberger Pub
– Svalbard Church
The minimum age for the evening concerts is 20.

Advance ticket sales from Monday, October 20 at the MIX Polar Bear Store
Advance ticket sales at the MIX Polar Bear Shop end at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday and Friday, and at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday.
Tickets are sold at the door at each venue, subject to availability.
Advance ticket reservations via email have been suspended. Tickets will be available for purchase starting Monday, the 20th. October.
Pre-booked tickets can be picked up starting Monday, October 20, at the MIX Polar Bear Shop.
Tickets for the blues dinner at Funktionærmessen Restaurant can only be reserved by calling 79 02 62 00
