About festival pass:
Festival passes bought online can be converted to bracelets starting Wednesday October 21. The bracelet is for individual use and it is not possible to pick up a bracelet for another person. The bracelet will be attached to your arm when handed over. Festival passes are valid for the evening concerts as long as the venue has not been filled up. The passes will give you a guaranteed entry for one of the concert venues Thursday and Friday (Barentz Pub, Svalbar, Kroa), and a guaranteed entry at Huset on Saturday. Thursday and Friday, pass holders may freely move between concert venues as long as these have not filled up. In case the venue is full, there is no guarantee to get into a specific venue; you will have to move on to the next venue.
Festival passes are not valid for the following events/venues:
– Funktionaermessen Restaurant, Funken. Blues dinner
– Gruve 3 (Mine 3)
– Mary Ann’s Polarrigg
– Karlsberger Pub
– Svalbard church
Evening concerts have a minimum age limit of 20
Festival passes are non-refundable.
