Steakers Svalbard, also called Kroa, was built in 1998 in Longyearbyen, Svalbard.
The place is furnished on the basis of an idea to show some of the history of Svalbard. For the interior it is used old driftwood and other materials which carries traces of having been out in the harsh Svalbard nature.
The place is decorated with pictures from the trapping time, and especially the people who at the time lived here in the Arctic. On the walls and in the ceilings there’s a lot of equipment the trappers used in their work

The Menus is subject to seasonal variations, and the chefs and waiters work hard to be able to severe the best results to the guests.
