The Isbjørnbutikken is located in the Lompensentret shopping center, in the heart of Longyearbyen. The center also houses duty-free shops selling souvenirs, clothing, hiking gear, jewelry, and much more.The Polar Bear Shop was named MIX.shop of the Year in 2009.The shop offers a wide selection of goods and is also a lottery agent.

At the Isbjørnbutikken in Longyearbyen, you can purchase festival T-shirts, tickets, and festival passes for Dark Season Blues.
Pre-ordered tickets and festival passes can also be picked up here starting on Thursday of the festival week.
